SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg baseball program and head coach Matt Jones have confirmed the signing of Bermudian Springs senior Nate Emlet to a national letter of intent (NLI). Emlet will put on the cleats for the Red Raiders in the 2011 season.

Emlet pitched a complete game five-hitter on Friday with nine strikeouts as Bermudian Springs won the PIAA class 'AA" championship with a 5-3 victory over Martinsburg Central. He struck out the side in the final inning and allowed just one walk in the contest. For the season, Emlet was 10-3 with 75 strikeouts.
