An All-PSAC Eastern Division First Team selection and a Daktronics, Inc., Division II All-Super Region 1 Football Second Team pick in 2011, Fleming is one of just three PSAC players recognized on Lindy's first or second preseason teams.

Last season, Fleming led the Raiders defensively with 83 tackles (55 solo, 28 assisted) – a total that included 19.5 for loss, third-most in the conference. Entering his senior season, Fleming is 15 TFLs short of tying head coach Mark Maciejewski's school career record of 51.

Fleming – who set career highs in every defensive category last season – is joined on the first team by defensive backs Alex Dinolfi of Kutztown and Rontez Miles of California (Pa.).
